• A sling conversion kit: a micro suede sling plus extra chain to hang it as a 4 point sling
• Over the door mounts
• Squatting attachments

Swing to sling: hang the sling with the extra chain, then move the stirrups and handles from the dual hook swing onto the sling. That turns it into a complete sling, with no extra stirrups to buy.

Door swing: the over the door mounts let you use the dual hook swing without ceiling mounts, which is handy when traveling or staying somewhere you can’t drill.

Important: the squatting attachments give support and take some weight off your thighs, but they are not meant to hold your full body weight.
