Most swings leave your head unsupported, which puts real strain on your neck and cuts sessions short. The headrest has a 4 inch wide, 18 inch long pad made of medium open cell foam. It supports your neck so you can stay comfortable in your swing much longer.

Two ways to attach it:
Swings with D-rings (shown on the WhipSmart): clip each end of the headrest directly into the D-rings.
Swings without D-rings (shown on the Trinity): loop the two included straps over the bar, then clip the headrest into the loops.

So the reason why you need a headrest is it does put a lot of strain on the neck in most swings. So what this does is it's gonna alleviate that and allow you to spend a lot of time in your swing.

The headrest itself comes in a bag and comes with two loops. I have a WhipSmart and a Trinity right here. So for a WhipSmart, what you would do is take the little clip that is on the end of each side of the headrest and just clip it in properly into one of these D-rings, and it'll be fine on that.

If you don't have somewhere to clip it, what you're gonna do is take these little loops that come with it and loop them over the bar. It's just like a quick little loop like that, and then what you do is you're just gonna clip these into the webbing right here, to the loops there. And so then you have your headrest that will allow you to go much longer in your swing and really enjoy it, and not have that tension on your neck.
